servizi per massimizzare i risultati dei care Leaver<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il 20 giugno 2023, oltre 100 delegati si sono uniti a noi presso il Medway Campus dell&#039;Universit\u00e0 di Greenwich a Chatham per celebrare i risultati ottenuti dai care Leaver nelle nostre istituzioni e per vedere come possiamo lavorare con maggiore olismo per migliorare i risultati della nostra assistenza lascia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abbiamo ascoltato Karen Sharp, direttrice del programma di partenariato per l&#039;assistenza integrata dell&#039;East Kent, con la storia di sfidare i pregiudizi e trovare successo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abbiamo anche avuto la fortuna di ascoltare studenti con esperienza nell\u2019assistenza che hanno chiesto asilo nel Regno Unito, le cui storie sono state umilianti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abbiamo organizzato cinque workshop, che hanno caratterizzato il debutto della consapevolezza sull\u2019autismo, oltre a quelli condotti dalla Virtual School Kent, dall\u2019ECPAT UK, dal St. Giles Trust e dal NHS e, in una rottura con la tradizione, un workshop per tutti i delegati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"
