Aujourd&#039;hui, nous allons regarder l&#039;Universit\u00e9 pour les arts cr\u00e9atifs <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kmpf.org\/kamcop\/create-calm\">Cr\u00e9er le calme<\/a> module.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ce module de l&#039;Universit\u00e9 des arts cr\u00e9atifs a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour aider les \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 prendre conscience des avantages de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 pour leur bien-\u00eatre et leur r\u00e9silience. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves seront initi\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;importance de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et du bien-\u00eatre positif \u00e0 travers une courte pr\u00e9sentation audio, apprenant comment les activit\u00e9s cr\u00e9atives peuvent aider \u00e0 soutenir une bonne sant\u00e9 mentale, et les meilleurs conseils pour rester positif et r\u00e9silient.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9tudiants apprendront \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un \u00abjournal de gratitude\u00bb en visionnant un court atelier vid\u00e9o enregistr\u00e9 par la tutrice de l&#039;UCA et l&#039;artiste textile Elizabeth Whibley. Le module d\u00e9veloppe des comp\u00e9tences en communication et encourage les \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 se d\u00e9tacher de leurs pressions quotidiennes et \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et \u00e0 exprimer leurs sentiments et leurs pens\u00e9es. Apr\u00e8s avoir cr\u00e9\u00e9 leur journal, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves sont encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 continuer \u00e0 l&#039;utiliser comme quelque chose pour les aider \u00e0 leur rythme.<\/p>\n<p>Create Calm convient \u00e0 tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de la 9e \u00e0 la 13e ann\u00e9e, quels que soient leurs capacit\u00e9s cr\u00e9atives et leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats. Les \u00e9tudiants n&#039;ont pas besoin d&#039;\u00e9tudier un sujet cr\u00e9atif pour participer.
