Roeddwn yn ddigon ffodus i fod \u00e2 hawl i gymorth \u2013 ond, fel llawer o&#039;r rhai sy&#039;n gadael gofal, nid oeddwn yn ymwybodol ohono. O ganlyniad, fe wnes i gronni \u00f4l-ddyledion rhent enfawr a oedd yn fy ngadael yn ddigartref cyn fy rowndiau terfynol.
